208 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 208 platform. By registering an account or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. All changes will be communicated to registered users.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing the 208 website or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 208 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a legal citizen or resident of their jurisdiction;
- Not be prohibited by local law from participating in online betting or gambling activities;
- Registering voluntarily in a personal capacity, and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
This platform does not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where the services offered are prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 208 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Please use a strong, unique password that you don't use for any other service. 208 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including but not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the operation of the system;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account;
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 208 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Deposits
Users may make deposits using any payment method supported by the platform, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian banks' online banking. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each method. Deposited funds are strictly for use on the platform and do not earn any interest.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with the Terms of Use. 208 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and current conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
Suspicious Transactions
208 reserves the right to hold, review or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of the Terms of Use. In such cases, the platform may freeze the relevant account while an investigation is carried out.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 208 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 208 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors or losses resulting from betting outcomes. 208's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
208 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the platform's absolute discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation. Any valid balance in an account closed for technical or policy reasons will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the 208 platform are the exclusive property of 208 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without the express written permission of 208. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 208 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. 208 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites. Access to any third-party website is at the user's own risk.
5. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
208 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the 208 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent arbitration authority.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 208's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
